The publish feature allows you to publish the operations you create and use them within an entity in the workflows. Also, the published operation will be available to other users who have access to the entity.

To publish and share an operation

1. Go to Entities > Entities dashboard.
2. Search and navigate to the entity in which you have created a new operation. Then, click on the name of the entity.
3. Navigate the new operation and select Publish.
4. In the Publish dialog:

   

5. • Select the version(s) you want to publish.
   • Select the version you want to mark as the latest version.
6. Click Share.
   Once the operation is shared, it will appear on entity operations.
